Ordering
A direct-purchase order is accepted only after the backend validates product eligibility, availability, totals, delivery charges, and payment state. Quote-only, availability, and order-similar products follow their displayed enquiry workflow.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings. Product prices, delivery fees, totals, and payment amounts are calculated or validated by the backend.
Seasonal variation
Flowers are seasonal and may vary. Where substitutions are needed, the studio may use suitable stems while preserving the agreed style, value, and occasion requirements.
Delivery and pickup
Available delivery zones and fees are published from the backend. Timing, access, recipient availability, and special setup requirements must be confirmed for complex deliveries.
Quotes and custom work
Wedding, sympathy, corporate, and bespoke requests are not confirmed until the studio accepts the scope, date, price, and payment terms.
Problems with an order
Report an issue promptly with the order reference and supporting details through info@ninteentwentyone.com. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

These terms are intended for a Uganda-based florist operation and require final review by qualified Ugandan counsel before production launch.
