How orders work.
Please read these terms before placing an order.
Ordering
A direct-purchase order is accepted only after we confirm availability, the order total, delivery charges, and payment. Quote-only, availability, and order-similar products follow their displayed enquiry workflow.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings. Product prices, delivery fees, totals, and payment amounts are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Seasonal variation
Flowers are seasonal and may vary. Where substitutions are needed, the studio may use suitable stems while preserving the agreed style, value, and occasion requirements.
Delivery and pickup
Available delivery zones and fees are shown at checkout. Timing, access, recipient availability, and special setup requirements must be confirmed for complex deliveries.
Quotes and custom work
Wedding, sympathy, corporate, and bespoke requests are not confirmed until the studio accepts the scope, date, price, and payment terms.
Problems with an order
Report an issue promptly with the order reference and supporting details through info@ninteentwentyone.com. Remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
